The Internal Revenue Service has determined
that OEHF is an organization exempt from federal income
under Section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an
organization described in Section 501(c)(3). The organization
will be treated by the Internal Revenue Service as a public
charity and not as a private foundation. Accordingly, contributions
to the OEHF are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
